Terms & Conditions of our Pricing

Federal, State, and Provincial taxes are extra as applicable. Delivery/Installation/Crating is extra. Our volume discounts are 5% for 5 units, 10% for 1- units and larger quantities by quote. Visa & Mastercard accepted.

Order Placement

Once a purchase order or order form has been received with an appropriate deposit, we will issue a sales order with a definite delivery date. We always work hard to meet our promised date. 

Lead Time

Our production lead time can vary depending on loading but generally we require a minimum of 3-6 weeks for most orders. Should you be in a huge hurry, we will try our best to accommodate. 

Customs & Borders Charges

We are located in Canada which has a free trade agreement with USA and Mexico. All of our shipments leaving Canada require customs papers for importation. We absorb these cross border charges as part of our service.
