Products
How much of your products are actually made in Canada?
100% – We are fully Canadian manufactured. To add to our “buy local” commitment, we source most of our supplementary parts from other Canadian companies. Learn more about our North American commitment!
Assembly & Installation
Do I need to put my products together myself like other companies?
No. All of our products come fully assembled. This means just unpack the display and start using your new display!
How do I install my products?
Installation of our display cases is fairly straight-forward. Our kick-bases, melamine backs, and valences are purposely designed to be versatile for mounting and wiring purposes. We do offer installation guides and information for you and/or your contractor to use for installation tips. If you have any questions, please Contact Us for more information.
Shipping & Freight
Where do the products ship from?
We ship everything from our manufacturing facility in Guelph, Ontario Canada.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is calculated on a per order basis. Because our cases are fully assembled we use national freight carriers that will deliver your new display case safely in one piece. We plastic wrap all our cases with protective cardboard corners. The cases are then strapped to a wood pallet for transportation. Should you not have a loading dock, we can request tail gate unloading with our trusted carriers. Read our Shipping + Freight policy for more information.
